Overview And Experience
AJ is the partner in charge of our estate administration department and is experienced in handling complex trust and estate matters. AJ attends court hearings, meets with clients, and is involved in all aspects of probate and administration proceedings, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. AJ handles all aspects of trust administration and is skilled in drafting an array of trusts to suit the needs of our clients. He is also proficient in drafting detailed and comprehensive estate plans.
AJ joined Cohen, Soloway & Wooldridge, P.C., in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate for a Westchester County law firm where he concentrated in the practice of real estate law. AJ also served on the legal staff of a large Manhattan law firm where he assisted with discovery for complex commercial litigation matters. AJ is fluent in French.
